Services for business leaders and high-achievers

There are two ways to choose what’s right for you and your business.

  1. Check out the services page and descriptions of what each level includes, who it’s geared for, and who it’s not.
  2. Schedule a consultation with Tamara to go over the areas where you feel you need help. Tamara will put together a custom service to meet your goals.

There are several things to consider when deciding if you should contract a fractional or virtual COO vs hiring a full time employee COO.

  1. Cost – Only pay for what you need. Every business owner must assess the cost benefit of every dollar spent. If you’re not generating the revenue or have the level of responsibility that requires the level of expertise required of a COO, don’t pay for it. Pay for the expertise you need for specific responsibilities and hire below the pay grade of a COO for those smaller skill tasks. A VCOO can help you find and even oversee the additional hire, so you don’t have to.

In addition to only paying for what you need, a Virtual or Fractional COO is not an employee. You don’t need to deal with the added cost and liability. You’re not responsible for their office equipment (unless you require they use only a computer owned by you for your work), you pay no office space overhead, payroll taxes, benefits, PTO, or other employee expenses. It’s a mutual contract relationship were either can sever the relationship at any time, for any reason.

  2.  Availability – While most VCOOs are masterful at time management, a  virtual or fractional COO  works with several clients. A quality professional will never take on more clients than they can handle and know how to prioritize for and with their clients. Some will take your email or call at 2:00 am on a weekend and some only work strict hours. You need to be clear on that before contracting.

If you need someone who is only focused on you and your business 100% of their time, no matter if they have enough work to keep them busy, you need a full-time employee COO.

If you think your needs will require more than an average of 40 hours per month, you will most likely need a full-time COO.  It’s always wise to discuss this with a potential VCOO to see what will work best for both of you.

I have a network of the best and the brightest global leaders in their industry to assist with anything from market strategy and brand platforms, to mass customization in manufacturing and services, to full service social media marketing and management.

A Virtual COO or Fractional COO will perform the same duties as a full-time COO employee, but will spend less time on the clock. As a small business owner or solopreneur, you need the expertise on a smaller scale with less cost than a full-time COO.

If you have questions, the channels of communication are always open. For non-emergencies Tamara will respond within 24 hours, but most often you get an immediate response. If you have an emergency situation that needs immediate attention, you can contact Tamara by phone, text, email, or Slack with 911 first thing in the title. Tamara gets back to clients as soon as humanly possible.
